We strive to maintain the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency when
processing your delivery order.
When you place an order with WE
DELIVER INC., our customer service representatives are
focused on ensuring that your order is taken correctly each and every
time. Your CSR will take your order, read your order back to you
for your approval, verify your address and telephone number, payment
method and total amount of your bill. They will give you an estimated
delivery time as well.

Have the item re-delivered to you as soon as possible

Offer a credit for the cost of the next item to be applied to
your next order
Our policy about delivery times
We cannot guarantee delivery times unless you
have placed your order at least 2 hours in advance. For example, if you
want to eat at 7 p.m. sharp, make sure you place your order by 5 p.m.
that day. When we give you an estimated delivery time, it is an
estimate. There are many factors that effect delivery times. Some of
these factors include inclement weather, traffic congestion, the size of
your order, restaurant preparation time, etc. There may be times when
your order will exceed our estimated delivery time. If this should
occur, our customer service representative will contact you by telephone
to update you on the status of your order as well as well as give you a
new delivery time.
